MONSTER COOKIE RECIPE

Submitted by: Jessica Kawaoka

Mix with mixer in a large bowl:

12 eggs

2 T, 2 t baking soda

1 lb. oleo (butter)

1T white corn syrup

1 T vanilla

4 C sugar

2 lbs. brown sugar

3 lbs. peanut butter (chunky?)

1 t salt

Add and mix by hand in dish pan:

14 C regular oats

4 C quick oats

1 lb. chocolate chips

1 lb. M&Ms

Bake at 350 – 15 min. or more for large cookies.

Takes a strong arm to mix, patience, and about 3 hrs. to bake, or can be kept in refrigerator. Bake as want to.

Jessica’s notes:

It’s my husband’s late grandmother’s recipe. I add my favorite kinds of M&M’s (peanut butter, caramel, etc.). It’s packed with yumminess. I half each ingredient because the original recipe makes an obscene amount of cookie dough.
