When Betty is napping, Q is busy working on crafts, listening to audiobooks, or planning a themed costume party (Seriously, if you need a costume…she probably has it). She’s excited to be more involved in PMC as a new member of the board. *Q comes from the pronunciation of her maiden name, Kuemmeler.

She joined the PMC to become a part of a community of parents and hopes to create catchy and informative social media assets to help educate all PMC members about the wonderful programs that are offered. Her goal this year? To make PMC information – events and all – more accessible to all mothers (and cute, obvi).

As a new mom in a new town, PMC was vital to integrate into the greater Petaluma community, and in that spirit Karen now works as a Birth Doula helping people out all over the North Bay.
