Laura was born and raised in Petaluma. She recently moved back to the area after 20 years to raise her son, Miles (2018 playgroup) in this wonderful town. Laura works as a registered dietitian at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa and specializes in diabetes, kidney disease, and digestive health. She identifies as a single mother and has relied heavily on the friendships and support system built via the Petaluma Mothers' Club these past couple years! She is excited to give back to the PMC as a member of the Board, to further the mission of the club to serve local parents and caregivers.
Victoria is Petaluma born and raised! She has spent the last 12 years as a CPA working as a financial consultant to start up companies in the bay area. She met her husband Ross in Silicon Valley in 2012 and they moved to Petaluma in 2018, just before welcoming their first daughter Taylor. They recently welcomed a 2nd daughter, Blair, in December 2021. Victoria is excited to take on the role as the PMC Treasurer, numbers are her thing after all! Not only that, but she wants to get more involved in the community, meet other families and help contribute to such an important organization. When not crunching numbers and corralling her kids, she can be found at a winery, taking trips to Tahoe, at the beach or hopping on her Peloton.
Kristina grew up in Madison, WI but moved to San Francisco years ago without having any family or friends in the area. Fast forward ten years, and she currently resides in Petaluma with her husband, Josh, son Bennett (2021 Playgroup), son Levi (2022 Playgroup) and Goldendoodle Henry. She's a full-time Executive Assistant at a tech company based out of SF but when she isn't wrangling the C-levels, she can be found exploring wineries, hosting friends and family for get togethers and planning family trips. Being new to the area, Kristina joined the PMC in 2021 to connect with other parents and be a part of a community where her entire family can be involved.
Rachelle has been part of the PMC since 2018, joining when her oldest son was a few months old. She welcomed another son to the family at the end of June so is part of the 2017, 2018, and 2021 playgroups. She is excited to be on the PMC Board and to bring her digital expertise to enhance new and existing members' web experience. She is also excited to be building friendships with other moms at events and on the Board. Some of her hobbies include reading, baking, mountain bike riding, and hiking! She looks forward to meeting more moms and having lots of play dates!
Kera has lived all over California, but moved to Petaluma in 2020, where she now lives with her husband and son (born late 2020). She is the head of marketing for a VC firm, and a wedding coordinator on the side. Outside of work, Kera loves walking the paths in Petaluma, working in the garden, exploring wineries in Sonoma, and chasing her giggly + rambunctious son around the yard. She joined the PMC board to connect with families in the community, and has loved every minute of it!
Vanessa grew up in LA and made her way up north in 2017. Prior to moving to Petaluma, she spent some years studying abroad in Spain and working abroad in Argentina, where she met her husband Martin. They welcomed their first child, Sofia, in January 2022. She works in accounting for a construction company in San Rafael and absolutely loves it. In her spare time, Vanessa loves traveling, gardening, working out, walking her dog Sydney, and enjoying a cold beer or glass of red wine. She joined the PMC to meet other families and contribute to the community.
Karen grew up outside of Boston, but with family on the west coast always knew she wanted to make California home. Shortly after graduation from UC Santa Cruz (go Slugs!) she moved to San Francisco. After over a decade in the city working at various ed tech startups and schools, Karen and her husband fell in love with the community of Petaluma and relocated in 2020, welcoming their son shortly after. As a new mom in a new town, PMC was vital to get more integrated into the greater Petaluma community. When she’s not at her desk, Karen loves trying new recipes, spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors by hiking or rowing on the river, and living a life full of cheesy diet and wordplay.
Daniela grew up all over the SF Bay area but finally found her place in beautiful Petaluma with her husband, David and her baby, Nicolas (2021 playgroup). She’s worked in various industries but is currently a content manager for a tech firm in Silicon Valley, working remotely. In her free time, Daniela enjoys laughing with her family, lettering, art projects, audio books, and all things spa/self care related. She loves meeting new friends and is genuinely happy to be around people. She joined the PMC to become a part of a community of parents and hopes to create catchy and informative social media assets to help educate all PMC members about the wonderful programs that are offered.
Raya (pronounced Rye-uh) is a San Francisco native who moved from San Francisco to Petaluma in December 2020. She lives with her husband Michael, son Niall (2021 playgroup) and dog Banjo on the Westside. Raya has a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and is a Customer Engagement Director at Genentech, where she has worked for the last 8 years. When she’s not working or in mom-mode, Raya loves reading, exercising, cooking, baking, social/political activism and traveling. She joined the PMC to have a stronger sense of community in Petaluma, meet some cool moms and make some adorable friends for Niall!
Jessica grew up in Petaluma and moved to Ventura for college where she met her husband. Jessica is a boy mom to Nico (2020 playgroup) and Benny (2022 playgroup) and a fur mom to 2 dogs and 1 cat. Having a baby during quarantine, she felt like she needed help connecting with other moms so she joined the PMC. Jessica looks forward to being an active member of the club and connecting with other moms going through this journey of motherhood (especially those with toddlers)
Alex grew up in Tomales and Mill Valley and lived in San Francisco for several years where she met her husband Brian. After postponing their wedding they decided to start a family and move to Petaluma to be closer to Alex’s family. They welcomed their first son Sawyer (2021 Playgroup) last May and he was the star of their October wedding. She works at Google as an Administrative Business Partner and plans to use her organizational skills and love for Google products to help her make an impact in her role as volunteer coordinator. When she’s not working she enjoys visiting one of their many wine clubs, planning the next family trip or spending quality time with friends and family. She joined the PMC to create connections with other parents and families, be involved in the community and to put her love for organization and spreadsheets to good use.
Clementine is from Marin and moved to Petaluma in 2020. She and her husband love calling Petaluma home. They welcomed their first child, Charlotte, in June of 2022. In her free time, Clementine enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring new wineries in Sonoma County, taking her Golden Retriever Cash to parks, and spending time with her family. She loves giving back to her community and is really excited about being in this PMC role! She looks forward to meeting lots of new people, and connecting with other parents in the area.
Leslie moved from Lafayette to Petaluma after marrying her love, Lejf, in the fall of 2019. She became an instant stepmom to the raddest kid ever, Freyja. And, on Christmas Eve morning 2021, she received the best gift of all… her bright-eyed, strong, curious, loving son Brynwulf (Wulfie). Leslie still resides in Lafayette half the week to run her two companies; The Peter Pan Foundation (a nonprofit which focuses on philanthropy through the arts, self-and-community advocacy, and making the world a more creative, inclusive, and loving place) and Leslie Noel Studios (singing lessons, vocal groups, & performance opportunities). Aside from her family and businesses, Leslie’s other passions and hobbies include music, nature, photography, travel, volunteer work, and human connection. “I’m always down for a cup of coffee, a jam session, a walk in the wind, or helping others”. She is excited to be building a life for her family here in Petaluma, eager to help plan community service projects, and ready to meet new friends!
Dachia, Pronounced: Day-Sha, is originally from the east coast. She grew up in Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University for Undergrad. After college she became a middle school dance teacher in the Northern Virginia (outside of DC) area. After several years of teaching, Dachia decided to move to San Francisco to obtain her Masters degree. She quickly grew to love the Bay area and has been here going on 8 years! While loving the Bay area, she also met her now husband, Mario. Dachia & Mario, moved out of San Francisco to Petaluma in October of 2020 to be closer( but not too close ) to his family in Santa Rosa. Dachia and Mario are waiting patiently for their first baby due May 2022. When Dachia is not coaching high school cheer or working for SFUSD she enjoys working out, time with friends and family, wine tasting and of course a good netflix binge! She joined the PMC board to make new friends and connections in Petaluma and be involved in the community.
Kimberly grew up in Pennsylvania and Arizona. She met her husband, Adam, while attending high school, but they didn’t start dating until after college. Kimberly moved to Santa Rosa in 2012 after dating Adam long distance for almost a year. A couple of Sonoma County moves and a two-year relocation to Redondo Beach, she and Adam settled down in Petaluma and had their son Hudson (2021 playgroup) a few years later. She is also a fur/reptile mom to two large dogs, three cats and two bearded dragons. She’s a full-time Contracts Administrator for an aerospace defense company based out of Southern CA and a part-time paralegal for a solo practitioner in Marin. When she is not reviewing contracts or preparing for trial, she can be found exploring local wineries and breweries, spending time with friends or planning family RV trips or trips to Arizona to visit family. Being a first-time mom, with no local family, Kimberly joined the PMC in 2020 to connect with other parents and to deepen her roots in the community.

Jimena is originally from Colombia and moved to Los Angeles in 2007 where she became a Relationship Coach. In 2017 Jimena and husband Julian drove by Petaluma and fell in love with the town and made a decision to move and start a family. In 2019 her baby girl Camilla arrived. The PMC has shown up for her since day one and made her motherhood experience unforgettable. Through the pandemic the online group stayed connected, and now, after the pandemic, Jimena feels the need to give back and support all those new moms with all the unconditional love from this wonderful community.
Sarah has three children with her husband Michael. Her kids are Alice, Grant, and June in the 2016, 2018, and 2021 playgroups. Originally from Napa, Sarah and her husband, Michael, moved to Petaluma after getting married in 2013. They absolutely love raising their kids here and have met almost everyone they know through the PMC! Favorite PMC experience is forming friendships with other first time moms in the 2016 playgroup and having a community of support while entering a whole new stage of life.
Amy is the mom to two wonderful kiddos that are almost 5 and 7. She grew up in San Luis Obispo and moved to Petaluma 9 years ago — her husband is a local! Before having children Amy was a Deaf and Hard of Hearing teacher. She became a stay at home mom for a few years and then decided to turn her photography hobby into a business, and has been photographing your lovely families and children since 2018! She is also am an instructor at BodyRok Petaluma! She has been part of the Petaluma Mothers’ Club since her oldest was 6 months old, and has spent 5 years on the Board. One of her favorite memories was working on the Fall Carnival- it’s the most amazing, fun, toddler-friendly halloween event and is just a blast for everyone involved!
Jana has three children in the 2016, 2018, and 2021 playgroups. She is from Petaluma and feels lucky to raise her family here as well. The PMC has brought amazing friendships into her family's lives and she is forever grateful!
Jen is a 3rd generation Petaluman who after some time away returned to the best place she could think of to raise a family. She and her husband Jason represent FAR West Petaluma with their two sons Isaac (2004) and Jamie (2019). Jen works as the PMO Director for local ISP Sonic and serves on the board of North Bay Performing Arts Center. Jen strongly believes that with most things in life you get out of something what you put into it, which is why she is so excited to be a part of the PMC board and help grow this amazing, loving, and supportive community.

Kelly grew up in Novato and her mom moved to Petaluma while she was in high school and she has loved it ever since. She lives with her husband, Danny and their three children: Cody 2016, McKinley "Mickey" 2017, and Beau 2021. She is a local Real Estate Agent and she renovates homes with her husband. She enjoys home improvement projects and visiting their seasonal camp spot at Blue Lakes. Kelly loves being on the Board because it has introduced her to some of her closest friends and she is excited to help continue the tradition of bringing friends together. Her favorite PMC experience is hosting and attending playdates.
Kathryn is originally from New England. She grew up in New Hampshire and lived in Vermont and Boston before moving to California. She met her husband, Brandon, while attending graduate school at UC Davis. They moved to Petaluma in 2019 and welcomed their son, Ethan, in early 2022 (2021 & 2022 Playgroups). Kathryn is a professor at Napa Valley College, where she teaches various courses in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, swimming, taking Ethan on walks around Petaluma, day tripping/traveling, and visiting with family and friends. She is grateful to be part of the PMC community and has loved meeting other young families in her role as the 2022 Playgroup Admin.
Hillary and Dylan both grew up in Santa Rosa. After years away, they moved to Petaluma in 2021 with their daughter Morgan (2020 play group). They are expecting Baby #2 in October (2022 play group)! Hillary is a RN at Stanford Health Care in the neuro ICU and Dylan is a drummer who teaches lessons and performs all over the Bay Area. They love being back in Sonoma County and enjoy going to the park, riding bikes, gardening, the SF Giants, farmer’s markets, being outside, and trying out all the awesome Petaluma restaurants. After a highly successful March 2021 clothing swap, Hillary is excited to keep the event going.
Ellen has called Petaluma home for seven years now! Ellen and her Husband, Ben, got married on Balsaw Bridge in downtown Petaluma in 2019. Jackson (2021 playgroup) came into the world on January 30, 2021. When she is not in the office at their family business you will find Ellen and Jackson playing at the park! She loves hiking, skiing, swimming and finds so much joy in hosting people she loves in their home. Ellen looks forward to planning some great trips and creating amazing memories together. Being a new mom, Ellen has really enjoyed connecting with other moms. Joining the Petaluma Mothers group is so exciting and she looks forward to building relationships with women that support other women!
Jessica has lived in Petaluma since January 2020 with her husband Matthew and older Shih Tzu Nera. In October 2021, she and Matthew had their first child, a baby boy named Leon Michael. As a family, they enjoy camping in their Westfalia VW bus, and Jessica personally enjoys powerlifting, biking and hiking, and reading fantasy series, parenting books, and education literature. Jessica is finishing her dissertation in Education at UC Berkeley and hopes thereafter to work with schools and districts to implement educational technology. Jessica is excited to meet other moms and parents, especially around health and wellness activities in her role as a Parent Fitness Event coordinator!
Noor grew up in Haifa, Israel, along with her 13 siblings. She speaks fluent Arabic, Hebrew and English, beginner level German and currently learning Spanish and ASL. Noor finished Arabic Literature and Arts degree at Tel Aviv Universty before moving to Petaluma in 2016 to be an au aupair. She is currently doing her Bachelor degree in Nursing. After traveling to many places, she settled in Petlauma where she met her husband Alex, who is four generation Petaluman, where they cuerrtly live with their baby girl Yara (2021 playgroup). When she is not busy, Noor enjoys cooking, wineries, snowboarding in Tahoe, karaoke, video games and painting. Noor enjoys everything about community, cultures and meeting new people. She is very excited to plan the member socials events to help families connect. Also hoping to meet people who speak other languages or interested in learning.
Melissa has two daughters, Audrey (4.5) and Magnolia (5 months), with her husband, Richard. Melissa has been an elementary school teacher in Rincon Valley for her whole career — 15 years! She has taught 4th grade, 5th grade, and currently job-shares in 1st grade, so she can be at home with her sweet girls part-time. Melissa grew up in Ukiah, Ca., met her husband at Chico State, and they moved to Petaluma in 2008. Melissa enjoys crafting (sewing, embroidery, painting, etc.), travel, writing, watching movies, working out /running (when time allows! She has run 3 full marathons).
Amy enjoys living and playing in Petaluma! She is part of the A Team with husband Ami and daughter Amelie. Her background is in elementary education and she has taught science for 5 years. Her family enjoys walks around town, gardening, visiting the beach, getting together with family, listening to live music, and camping. BRIANNA WOLF PRESIDENT Brianna has been a PMC member since 2019 and member of the PMC Board since 2020. As President, she is focused on rebuilding PMC leadership and holding more in-person activities after a hard pandemic period. She looks forward to the PMC celebrating 30 years in 2022 and feels grateful to be a part of guiding the future of the club. Brianna resides in Petaluma with her husband, Nathan, and their daughter, Margo (2019/20 playgroups). When Brianna is not busy volunteering, she loves gardening, cooking, crafting, and enjoying the beauty of Sonoma County. | LAURA ZACHER VP & TREASURER Laura grew up in Petaluma and moved back with her husband, Ted, in May of 2020. Their son Wally will be four in December (2017/2018 playgroups) and they are expecting a second boy in November (2021/2022 playgroups). Laura has worked at Kaiser Permanente for the last 6 years, with her most current role of Lead Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives in National Finance. Her husband, Scott, was born and raised in the neighborhood they live in! They have a son, Ryland (2014/2015 playgroups), and daughter Lylah (2016 playgroup). Tracy has been a member of the PMC since 2014, and on the board since 2015. She has held the positions of Membership Coordinator, Director of Playgroups, Secretary, and Vice President.
