Not only will you get to participate in a small trial class for free, but you will be able to discuss the importance of appropriate prenatal and postpartum exercise with our National certified trainers. Stay and chat with other moms during our question and answer segment. The best part about it? You can bring your child with you! All you need is your child, a stroller for your child to sit in, a yoga mat/beach towel/blanket or picnic blanket, and some water. Our workouts are catered towards ALL moms of ALL fitness levels with children of ALL ages. We have a spot for everyone! We can not wait to see you there!
