Come join us for a mama & baby-friendly workout in the park with Park Fit Petaluma at a special PMC discount rate of $5!
The class will be a mix of cardio, strength training, core work, and stretching all specific to the needs of women and moms. All levels are welcome and modifications are given. This class is for all PMC moms and babies in strollers are welcome too! Please bring a mat and water; bring weights if you have them/want added resistance.

About Park Fit Petaluma
Park Fit Petaluma offers outdoor fitness classes for women. Classes are designed to help women get fit, feel strong, and find connections with other like minded women and moms. About instructor Jen Stoneman
As well as owning and teaching Park Fit classes, Jen Stoneman is also a certified personal trainer with specializations in both Women’s Fitness, and Pre/Post Natal Fitness. While living in San Francisco, she owned a Stroller Strides Franchise and loved the opportunity to give pregnant women and new moms a place to get fit and find a supportive community. Jen moved to Petaluma with her husband and two boys (now 13 and 10 years old) in 2013. After staying home with her boys, she went back to her passion of working with women in fitness and started teaching classes again in 2017.
