Are you ready to establish a nap routine and create good napping habits for your baby? Join the Petaluma Mothers’ Club and Sarah Healy to learn how to set your expectations for naps and understand how they change over the first 12 months of your baby’s life!

What you'll learn from this class:

  • When and how to move from a variable napping rhythm to a predictable routine
  • How many naps to expect at different ages
  • How to create a daily routine (feeds, naps and bedtime)
  • How and when is my baby ready to drop a nap

Please note, this is a lecture class as there will be limited time for specific Q&A. We have moved to event to Zoom due to an expected wet and cold morning.
