Please join us Tuesday, November 15th at 7 pm for a virtual educational event where you can learn all about pelvic floor health and how to ditch the bladder pads, have better sex and more.
The host of the event, the Bladder Coach, is a growing nationwide company ran and founded by pelvic floor therapists and certified health coaches. During the PMC event, you will learn about pelvic floor health and exercises and remedying incontinence, and there will be time to ask questions. The event is free and you can join from the comfort of your own home via zoom.
