About Jasmiene:
I am a local mother of 2 girls, a previous PMC mama, and a local L&D Nurse. Her community, Modern Village, operates an 8-week facilitated circle for mom and baby couplets within one year after the baby was born. It is focused on connection and nourishment for mothers in an intentionally-led way.
Each week they focus on different topics that aim to nourish the mother and baby. They bring in local perinatal practitioners to share on topics related to childbirth and postpartum recovery and are seasonally attuned (for example- immune system support & pelvic floor health...)
