Hey hey!
Let's get together and tune in to our mama-bear skills so we can be more prepared, aware and confident in the real world. Babies in strollers are welcome as our instructor will be showing us some moves we can do when we have our kids with us. Older children that will stay by your side are also welcome, so long as they don't disrupt the class.
Some of the goals of class are:
-Protect your family
-Gain self confidence
-Learn effective self-defense
-Fun and safe learning experience
-Use everyday objects as weapons
What to wear: Comfortable clothes - barefoot or clean shoes are acceptable
