PMC member and ballet teacher Marie Morrow has generously offered to host two free ballet classes. This class had to be rescheduled, unfortunately. The new date for the class is Sunday, September 10, 2023.
The classes will be split up into the following sessions:
Session #1: Twinkle Twos and Threes
Time: 10-10:30am
Age group: 2.5-3 years old
Description: Twinkle Twos and threes is a class for those tiny ballerinas! We use props and inspiring music to create a magical experience for children age 2.5 - 3 years old.
Session #2: Pre A and B
Time: 10:30-11am
Age group: 4-5 years old
Description: A continuation of the twinkle classes, the children learn to follow more detailed direction and dance politely with their friends!
Students will learn age appropriate ballet positions and steps, with a strong emphasis on imagination and creative movement.
Attire:
Bare feet are welcome, or soft ballet slippers; black or pink leotard and skirt or any special ballet clothes you might already have.
Registration:
You must be registered to attend the class. No drop-ins, please.

About Marie
Marie is a PMC Member and ballet teacher of 15 years. She runs the West Hills Ballet school in Petaluma. More info here: https://www.westhillsballetpetaluma.com/
Before moving to Petaluma, Marie was a professional modern dancer in NYC with Susan Marshall and Co. She also has a teaching credential from Royal Academy of Dance.
