This is a 4-part workshop. In each session, you will learn basic clothing construction while building your sewing skills with different design elements, including elastic casings, pockets, bias binding, and piping. You will complete one garment in each session.

Patterns, instructions, irons, sewing tools and notions will be provided in class. A limited number of sewing machines can also be reserved, free of charge. You only need to purchase fabric and matching thread for your projects. Fabric recommendations and yardage requirements for the garments will be provided once you are signed up.

Please note: The Baby Kimono & Bloomers are 6-12 months size. All other clothing in this workshop range from size 4-10, fitting children approximately 39" to 57" in height.

All sessions will take place on Saturdays, 10:00am - 2:00pm, in a spacious, well-equipped studio in downtown Petaluma.

• March 9: Session 1 - Reversible Skirt
• March 16: Session 2 - Pants or Shorts
• March 23: Session 3 - Tunic Dress
• March 30: Session 4 - Baby Kimono w/Bloomers

Cost: $360 for all four sessions, $100 for each session
