Are you ready to establish a nap routine and create good napping habits for your toddler? Join the Petaluma Mothers’ Club and Sarah Healy to learn how to set your expectations for naps and understand how they change after your baby turns one! If you can not attend during this time the event will be recorded and sent to all registrants after the lecture.


What you'll learn from this class:

  • Ways to create a healthy bedtime routine and set up a predictable daytime routine
  • Prepare and plan for sleep changes
  • Understand what is realistic to expect for day and night sleep
  • Understand how to successfully navigate through regressions or developmental leaps
  • Understand the pro's and con's of various sleep methods (Ferber, CIO, low/no-cry methods)
  • Learn some best practices for naps
  • Transitioning from 2 naps to 1 nap
  • What to expect between 16 months - 24 months and beyond

Please note, this is a lecture class as there will be limited time for specific Q&A. 


About Sarah: 

Sarah Healy, MA is a mother of two, Certified Infant Sleep Consultant, and parent coach specializing in the transitions that occur in the first year after the birth of a child. She holds a masters in psychology and has devoted 20 years of her career to infant and child development, and family support. Sarah uses an evidence based approach to her sleep classes and draws from a multidimensional approach in understanding the various situations that occur with sleep and families.
