Join us for an info session with Cassidy McCurdy, OTR/L, a local pelvic floor therapist, owner of Pivotal Pelvis, and Air Force veteran! You're welcome to join us for just the talk, just the walk, or both!
Agenda
9:30 am - Arrivals, grab a coffee (PMC will provide)
9:45 am - Cassidy will share a short introduction on the importance of the core and pelvic connection and guide us through a few exercises/movements. After, we'll have a Q+A discussion while on the walk.
The Details
Have you experienced any postpartum pelvic floor symptoms that your Dr. told you were normal or would improve in time? How about hearing that you just have to live with leaking, prolapse, pain with sex, etc?
I am here to break the myths, share knowledge about pelvic floor functions, common symptoms after birth, as well as allow you to ask me anything that is on your mind (pee, poop, sex, pain, etc). Many pelvic floor dysfunctions are common, but NOT normal.
Meeting Spot
Plug in "Shollenberger Park, 1400 Cader Ln, Petaluma, CA 94954" to your Google Maps and it'll take you to the parking lot between #1 and #15 below. There are restrooms there as well. If you cannot find parking in the lot, there is street parking as well.
****We will meet near #1 and #2 for the chat with Cassidy and then we will carry on the circle route to hit all the #s 1-15. That is the 2-mile loop.
Carpool
If you want to catch a ride or offer a ride with someone, you can view the attendee list if you are logged in and on this event page. Feel free to take a look and see if there is anyone you want to reach out to and share a ride.
