Community in the early weeks and months with a new baby is essential! Join us for an open, supportive park session where we talk about changing identities, relationships, and how to get through the day (and night) with little ones led by perinatal therapist Kylie Hempy. Kylie is a perinatal AMFT and a PMC mama of three! She’s taken her personal experiences and worked with countless new moms and couples using evidence-based tools to help families survive a season that can feel impossible.
This event is open to mamas with babies six months or younger. Coffee will be provided! Because December weather is unpredictable, this session will be held at Kylie's office in Rohnert Park.
