Please join us for a fun and free evening workout at Orangetheory Fitness! The class will start at 5:45 pm, but please arrive at 5:30 to get set up with your heart rate monitor.
Class will be followed by a "no shower happy hour" with light beverages and a chance to connect with other moms. If more than 20 members attend, Orangetheory will be raffling a pack of classes. :)
More about the class: Orangetheory workouts include cardio and strength exercises with the goal of hitting five different target heart rate zones. The goal is to work in *your* body's optimal heart rate zones. All levels and experiences are welcome.
