Turn up the heat and join your fellow PMC moms for a free, high-energy workout at our Hot Pilates Class on Wednesday, April 16th at Windsor Fitness Club!

This mat-based class is performed in a heated room and combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the fast-paced intensity of the Tabata method. Expect a low-impact, high-intensity workout set to upbeat music that will get your heart pumping while building strength and endurance. You’ll move through exercises like planks, side planks, and targeted core work, with options to incorporate bands, exercise balls, and light weights to customize your experience.

Hot Pilates is a full-body workout that delivers serious benefits—from improved flexibility and mobility to increased calorie burn and muscle tone. The heated environment helps deepen each movement, encourages detoxifying sweat, and promotes both physical and mental release. It’s the perfect blend of strength, cardio, and stress relief—all in one energizing class.

What to bring: a yoga mat, towel, and plenty of water. Wear comfortable activewear and plan to go barefoot or wear socks.
