Community in the early weeks and months with a new baby is essential! Join us for a warm, open, and supportive mom + baby circle designed specifically for mamas with babies under 6 months old. We’ll talk about changing identities, relationships, and how to get through the day (and night) with little ones. This gathering is led by perinatal therapist Kylie Hempy, LMFT #151283, PMH-C. Kylie is a PMC mama of four, and she’s taken her personal experiences and worked with countless new moms and couples using evidence-based tools to help families survive a season that can feel impossible.
Moving forward, we’re splitting our Mom + Baby Circles into two groups so moms can connect with others in a similar stage of motherhood. This group is for mamas with babies under 6 months old, while our second group is for mamas with babies 6–18 months old.
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other moms, share experiences, and build community. Coffee will be provided!
